The phrase, "We're

submitted to our clients, they meet with a technical
specialist for a peer review. These are CSI
consultants currently performing the same duties that
the candidate will be expected to perform. The peer
review is a critical information exchange discussing
real-world, real-time scenarios that the candidate
will be faced with once deployed to a client site.
