There's only one way to achieve near perfect uptime: through round-the-clock monitoring by the Network Operations Center (NOC). The NOC consists of 4 separate client support teams:

The 24/7 Preventative Maintenance Team - Monitoring and maintaining preventative maintenance activities such as Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware and Security Patch Management. The 24/7 Monitoring Team - Monitoring server alerts and event logs which are analyzed and cross referenced. The 24/7 Remote Support Team - Remedies server alerts and event log issues via remote control. The 24/7 Service Request Team - Handling service items like server drive defrags, SQL maintenance, and performing check disk.

In addition to the NOC teams, CSI's US-based Help Desk Team is comprised of Level 1 & Level 2 engineers who specialize in troubleshooting desktop and server applications and operating systems. Support from the Help Desk Team is available via email or a toll-free phone number Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 10:00pm Eastern Time. After hour support including weekends are handled by an answering service which informs the on-call technician who then follows up on the ticket.
