featured on a Kroll Ontrack Webinar and Podcast discussing how in
today's digital era, employee records, financial paperwork, and research
and development memoranda live on hard drives, servers and back-up
tapes, not in the banker's boxes or file cabinets of yesterday. The
ease of creation, manipulation and storage of electronically stored
information (ESI) has led to an explosion of data, resulting in a
new approach to document management. These factors have led to the
convergence of legal and IT professionals in ways few could have
